Beauty's Sister by James Bradley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is a lovely little vignette. A fresh take on the Rapunzel tale, told from the view of the other, less-favoured sibling. Juniper discovers a sister she has never known - the result of a set of bad decisions by their parents. The story is one of relationships and consequences - a morality play of sorts. Just the right amount of engagement to mark the loneliness of everyone in this tale.
